Maximum event guest count: 125 guests at either venue.
The “Easy Button” for Wedding Vendors
This isn’t a restriction. It’s peace of mind.
You’re always welcome to bring many of your own vendors. However, to ensure the smoothest experience for you and your guests, we do require the use of:
- Our Day-of Coordinator
- Our tables, chairs, and linens
- Our bartending service
These vendors know our properties inside and out. They understand:
- How events flow here
- What setups work best
- What type of experience we expect our guests to receive
They’ll meet with you in person to review colors, layouts, table sizes, and your overall vision for the day.
I personally make the introductions via email and stay copied on communication. Planning and payment are handled directly between you and the vendors — but you’ll never feel like you’re navigating it alone.
Arrival & Departure (A Big Stress-Reliever)
For wedding bookings, early arrival and late departure are already included.
- Arrival as early as 9:00 AM
- Late checkout at noon
Most venues don’t allow access until late afternoon. We know how much stress this removes — and we believe your wedding weekend should start calm, not rushed.
Sharing the Space with Loved Ones
Some couples choose to invite extended family or close friends to stay on-site by offering the overnight space at a set rate. This can be a thoughtful way to include more people while helping offset wedding costs.
To use this option, all eight bedrooms must be utilized to ensure the accommodations are shared fairly and the experience remains smooth for everyone.
